We are a fast growing online based sales and mindset mentorship company serving clients worldwide. Our company is led by world-class Sales and Mindset coach, Dave Conway, in partnership with his wife and Marketing and Brand Strategist, Jacqueline Conway.


We believe in service-based selling where we may not sell everyone, but everyone gets served. This stems from our understanding of universal laws and working to align our company and our clients with those laws to find ease and opulence in goal achievement. 


Our signature program, The One Sale A Day Club, offers training, support and mentorship in sales, mindset and marketing to help our clients achieve anywhere from a 2X to a 12X in their income.

About the Position

Reporting directly to the Owners, Dave and Jacqueline Conway, this position is integral to our company growth and client success. This person will be leading the helm of all marketing activities in our business with expectations focused on lead generation and audience growth across a variety of online platforms. Understanding our ideal client, our core messages and brand will be integral to success in this role. As well, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in personal development will allow our new Director of Marketing to shine. 


What you will be doing: 

As our Director of Marketing you will be responsible for:

  • Lead generation and sales team support 

  • Overseeing all social media, blog, email and content marketing activities 

  • Event and webinar management and promotions

  • Preparing and leading all campaigns and launches 

  • Maintaining and building our brand presence

  • Managing our marketing budget 

  • Overseeing online advertising spend and budget 

  • Leading our marketing team and agency partners towards company objectives

  • Supporting the customer success team to ensure a consistent and robust online client experience 

  • Researching and presenting new strategies designed for us to hit our company targets  

  • Special projects as assigned by the owners

Compensation: 

This position is full-time. We are open to a virtual or local person to fill this role. Salary will be determined based on the experience and results of the successful candidate. Performance based bonuses are calculated on a bi-annual basis. 


Here’s what you need to succeed: 

The successful candidate must have the following abilities and skills to succeed: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Director role, preference will be given to candidates with an online marketing focus 

  • Experience in or an understanding of the online coaching industry 

  • Proven track record to leverage a marketing budget to achieve company targets for lead generation, sales and audience growth 

  • Experience leading a marketing team in design, social media, copywriting, funnel design, website design, SEO and content marketing, as well as, leading and collaborating with agency partners

  • Exceptional campaign management experience, including extensive analysis for future planning

  • Understanding of up to the minute digital marketing techniques, social selling and conversational marketing 

  • Background in international media management an asset 

  • Background in online or in person events an asset 

  • Expert or Intermediate level knowledge of Infusionsoft, Google Suite, Basecamp, Canva, Squarespace, ClickFunnels, Memberium, and Learndash

  • Extensive technical marketing abilities and knowledge

  • Desire to lead, serve and inspire 

  • Strong desire to learn and grow a power marketing team and company!
