  • The GOAL

    As Napoleon Hill famously wrote in Think and Grow Rich: Definiteness of Purpose is the starting point of all achievement. Your first step to gain clarity in this area is to start dreaming. What do you want to achieve? What work lights you up? What mission are you on? Who are you called to serve? Through mind-opening sessions and exercises you will begin to dream and create a vision of your future. The day culminates in the creation of your 1-year-goal — your definite and passion-backed north star!

  • The PLAN

    With your 1-year-goal set you will begin to formulate your 1-year-plan. You know what you want to achieve, but how will you achieve it? What steps will you take? What will be your focus? What help and resources will you need? Using the V2MOM framework, or as Conway teaches it: the GVMOM framework (Goal - Values - Methods - Obstacles - Measures) you will build your plan. Through sessions and exercises, you will clearly define your next steps to mentally and emotionally prepare you to achieve your goal!
