Hi there and welcome! Today, I want to share a truly fascinating and inspiring story about persistence, courage and commitment. The main character is my client Kai Oja. She’s a remarkable woman. She never gave up on creating a better life for herself and her family, while becoming a world-class mentor that transforms the lives of her clients.

She’s a member of The One Sale A Day Club and went from $400 per month to earning $16,000 in one week! Living in a place where earning $1,000 per month is common! See, I told you she was remarkable…

She was a fitness trainer that wanted to create an impactful career as a Mindset Mentor.

Kai Oja is a single mother of 3 boys from Estonia and not long ago felt constrained in her career as a fitness trainer. She was only earning 400 Euro per month and knew she wanted more for her family and her life.

She began the process of pivoting her career into mindset mentorship—an endeavour that she invested tens of thousands of Euros in to. When her business began she experienced some success, but was struggling to create consistent income and a steady flow of clients.

Being a committed woman, she continued to invest in her development and found herself in Los Angeles, with her kids, where we first met. I was working for Bob Proctor at that time and we had the chance to sit down and figure out how we could get her attracting and closing more sales…

The first thing we did was establish her 5 year vision…

How did life look when money was consistently flowing? An important thing for all of us to do, right?

This began to tip the steering wheel for Kai and we continued to stay in contact.

It wasn’t long after that meeting I invited her to join The One Sale A Day Club—a relatively new program at that time. It took her one month to earn the money to join.

Since joining the One Sale A Day Club I have witnessed Kai completely transform. She realized she had to change from the inside out to create the results she wanted.

Here are the 3 ideas that transformed Kai’s results and will transform your results, too!

1. Accepting the idea that she IS a saleswoman

Kai used to try convincing herself that she was in sales, instead of accepting it and being it! She started to behave, feel and operate like a Master Salesperson. In other words, she changed her self image.

She said, “I wanted to become a saleswoman, because when I sell,

I help, and that’s the way to serve.”

You see, Kai used to coach people for free. She would ask them to take action on a new idea and then call her in two weeks. No one would call… They had no skin in the game, no real reason to get in touch with her.

She realized this, “If I want to serve people,

I have to make a sale, because then I can really help them.”

2. Recreating her self-image through visualizing and auto-suggestion

In the chapter on Auto Suggestion from Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill writes:

“Auto-suggestion is the agency of control through which an individual may voluntarily feed their subconscious mind on thoughts of a creative nature, or, by neglect, permit thoughts of a destructive nature to find their way into this rich garden of the mind.”

The second reason Kai’s results changed was because the image she held of herself changed through the principle of auto-suggestion. She controlled the messages that were reaching her subconscious mind! She let go of old limiting beliefs that was costing her a fortune.

Modern psychology tells us that 96-98% of our life is controlled by our habitual behaviours. Kai knew she wanted to create consistency in closing clients. She knew SHE had to change and the BEST, most powerful way to create a change, a true inside out transformation, is through the power of auto suggestion.

Reprogramming old beliefs and behaviours with positive, creative and productive behaviours!

She began telling her mind a new story…

“Instead of I’m not good enough… I would tell myself

that I AM a world-class mentor. I love what I do, and I help people succeed.”

She would repeat this throughout the day, whenever she took a break, when she went to the store, at night in bed before sleeping…

It changed her belief in herself and what she was capable of doing for herself and others.

3. Service

Kai changed the focus of her business.

Instead of thinking “How can I earn more money?” she thought,

“How can I serve others, how can I give more value to more people?”

We aren’t paid by people. We are paid through them.

Your service is what matters! Kai took the emphasis away from herself and placed it on her clients.

“I show my clients that they have everything they need already to succeed.”

The service is what matters! If people cannot afford her services she still provides a 10/10 experience for that person.

So, what is this story really about? This story is about the transformation that Kai created in her life and it began with her desire to serve other people.

I want to emphasis that Kai created this remarkable shift in her person and in her results. Here are some ways you can follow her footsteps:


INSPIRED ACTION STEPS

1. Assess yourself. The first step in getting where you want to be, is knowing where you are right now. Take my Are You A Good Salesperson Quiz to help you identify where you're at as a salesperson, so you can pinpoint exactly where you need to focus to improve your results.

2. Harness auto-suggestion and visualization to improve your self-image. We can train to let go of the limiting beliefs we have about ourselves by leveraging the power of the subconscious mind. The first step is to move things from your subconscious to conscious mind by taking time every week to write down the beliefs you have that could be limiting your growth and success. How do you see yourself? Do you believe you’re competent? Worthy? Capable of sustaining growth? Record every possible belief you have about yourself and really examine them. Test those beliefs against the truth. Ask yourself if what you believe is true—and then work to change those beliefs.

3. Commit to being service-focused. Make an exhaustive list of the ways you could serve your clients better. Really consider what they want and need and write down ways you can meet them with service. Include these ideas in your business plan to truly bring them to life.


Kai did the work and here she is today. All I did was give her the info and guidance she needed. But she’s the one who made it happen. You know, I actually nearly kicked her out of The One Sale A Day Club at one point, but then she decided to listen to what I was telling her…

She released energy into her community, she did the work, she served people with the right intention.

Because of that, in the past 10 months she has moved homes, started her own exclusive masterclass for her own clients, and has gone on to achieve so many incredible things that she never thought were possible.

Financially, she literally earned in one week what she used to make in almost 4 years!

This is real proof that the mind knows no limits. Any thought moves into form.
