Case Study: A New Coaching Program and Quadrupled Prices In Just 8 Weeks!

It brings me immense joy to be back with another great story for you. This time around, the hero is Andy Torr, a man I deeply respect and admire for his passion and work ethic. 

After just eight weeks in the One Sale A Day Club, he started a new coaching program and managed to quadruple his prices. I think anyone can agree that’s something very few people manage to do.

A family man, a businessman, and a salesman.

Andy is a father and a fiercely dedicated coach who goes after exactly what he wants.

We met in a way that’s not unique at all, and the experience was definitely not usual either. I messaged Andy on LinkedIn about The Goal Achiever Workshop. Now it’s important to note that Andy doesn’t usually reply to cold messages, and when he does, he says no. But something was different in this case. 

Let’s rewind for a moment…

The summer before Andy and I got in touch, he had a major life event that made him reassess everything he knew. He began asking himself, “What do I want the next phase of my life to look like?” He knew he needed to set new goals and he knew he needed to change. He also felt an incredible need to join a community of like-minded people that could help him grow. 

By the time I contacted him on LinkedIn, Andy was ready to make a move. His intuition told him to trust me (I couldn’t say why, but I’m glad he did), and he signed up for the workshop three days before it started. 

On first day of the workshop, Andy told me that he was skeptical. He didn’t know what to expect, especially because he had previous knowledge of goal setting. However, half an hour into the workshop, things changed

In his own words: 

“I started writing and I took pages of notes and it was all new stuff. The paradigm blew my mind, the purpose exercise, the visioning exercise—those things were so incredibly powerful for me and I came out of that workshop feeling like I had changed. I saw a huge difference in just 48 hours because I now had a purpose and a vision for my future.”

Andy booked a call with me right after the event.

Curious about what his thoughts were after our chat? 

“On the call, I was expecting a hard sell, but there were two things that surprised me…

First, Dave’s empathy—he really created an environment for me to share what I feel and to be safe when doing that.

Second, Dave’s laser-focus on what I needed after only a few minutes of talking. I obviously said yes because we don’t push ourselves when we’re not comfortable, so I went ahead.”

I knew Andy was going to make incredible changes in his life, and after two months in the One Sale A Day club, he was a different person.

I knew he had been coaching in his business, but he had an idea for a new coaching program in a different niche. We hopped on a call and took that idea from concept to sales and created a plan on what he needed to do next.

I can tell you one thing: Andy gets the job done. Once he has a direction, he goes for it relentlessly.

He took the idea to market and started doing sales calls two weeks later. Three weeks in, he saw a return on his initial investment in One Sale A Day. That said, Andy had a lot of good reasons not to join. His life was not all rainbows and unicorns, but despite the challenges he was facing at that time, he bet on himself. And guess what? That bet paid off more than he could’ve ever imagined.

Keep in mind that selling was not Andy’s strength. He was an amazing coach, but he didn’t know how to sell his programs. 

After going through One Sale A Day, he started using the scripts we share, and with a newfound perspective and a lot of practice, selling came naturally. And it showed. He quadrupled his prices since the first iteration of the new coaching program.

His next goal is to consistently make $10k per month, and I know for sure that he’ll make it in no time. 

Andy is a man with a great heart and purpose. He already had a coaching business, he was doing the work, and the moment his mindset shifted, he moved into selling mode and everything took off.

This exceptional shift changed something inside of Andy, just like it changed my whole life when I first discovered it.

I realized everything hinged on just one moment at the end of a sales presentation. It all comes down to the ability to make a decision and go forward with it.
