About the Position

Reporting directly to the Head of Creative and Content and Head of Growth, you are an integral part of our Marketing Team. You are responsible for managing and growing our social media channels, building powerful communities within our client base and free audiences, planning best in class online events and additional tasks as assigned to support all company departments.


What you will be doing: 

This role is ideal for you if you have a strong visual eye along with highly effective communication skills. You absolutely love leveraging and mastering social media for brand building, audience engagement and community development. Strong technical skills are critical for success in this role.

Your responsibilities include: 

Social & Video 

  • Collaborating with the marketing team and our social media agency on the monthly content calendar and online event launches

  • Editing videos for social media and online advertising 

  • Working closely with our social media agency to prepare on-brand and highly effective content each month   

  • Managing all of our social media content scheduling and management using Co-Schedule (Platforms we use: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn)

  • Continuously looking for opportunities to expand our social media presence and engagement, while tracking growth metrics every week to ensure we are moving towards our goals

Events & Community Management 

  • Creating our weekly client newsletter and managing our online client communities via email and social media 

  • Regularly engaging on our social media posts to keep our channels active and humming, including client groups and free profiles 

  • Planning and coordination of all online workshops, including posting organic promotions, running the tech for the event via Zoom and Facebook Groups

  • Maintaining high energy on our social profiles during events 

  • Planning and management of in person elite mastermind events in the Saskatoon area (and in other major centres as needed)

  • Sourcing and ordering client welcome gifts and coordinating the shipping and distribution

Compensation: 

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Saskatoon, SK, Canada. We are open to applicants from throughout Saskatchewan. 

Compensation will be commensurate with the level of experience of the successful candidate. Computer, phone and benefits options will be provided.


Education:

Degree in marketing, communications or visual arts (Preferred but not required with the ideal experience)


Here’s what you need to succeed: 

The successful candidate will have the following abilities and aptitudes: 

  • 2-5 years experience in a marketing position (preferably digital marketing)

  • Exceptional social media engagement and management skills 

  • Aptitude and quick pick-up of online tech tools 

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, visual

  • High energy and positive attitude with a desire to learn 

  • Goes the extra mile in their work to serve our internal team and client base

  • Exceptional time management and project management skills 

  • Knowledge of Google Suite, Canva, Squarespace, Adobe Premiere Pro, Zoom, Infusionsoft, Streamyard  

  • Interest and knowledge of the personal development industry a benefit

Jacqueline Conway

Jacqueline Conway is a marketer and brand strategist heading up the marketing and product departments at Conway Consulting. Her background in music and fashion marketing included promoting big names like John Legend, The Roots and Ms. Lauryn Hill and launching Canada's first fashion association. While leading the marketing efforts of Conway Consulting she also works closely with clients inside of the One Sale A Day Club Mentorship Program. She brings clients through her signature marketing framework called The Brand Project, which details the exact strategies she used to scale up the Conway Consulting brand to 7-figures in under 9 months.
